Shipping Charges, Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes, associated with the order, if applied, however designated. Products delivered to New York will be charged for 8.875% sales tax. Additional import tax may also apply.

Title, Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from Wingbot to Customer on shipment from Wingbot facility. Wingbot is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves Wingbot facility. In the case of loss or damage that occurs during shipping, Customer is responsible for any insurance claims.

Product Use, Risk of Damage

All products listed in Wingbot website are made to be used in Asia domestically, unless stated otherwise. Products from Japan requires an AC input of 100V and require proper transformer in order to work correctly. Products from China and South Korea requires an AC input of 220V and require proper transformer in order to work correctly. Wingbot only sells 100% genuine, brand new, unaltered products sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. Wingbot is not liable for loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from this site including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages.

Warranties

We do not cover or handle any warranties of any kind. If you need a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product sold by Wingbot.com or have questions regarding the warranty for a product, please contact the manufacturer or visit their website for more information.

Return Policies

Products purchased directly from Wingbot by a customer may not be returned by Customer once the product leaves Wingbot facilities, unless the product is defective upon arrival.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its Associates from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of Wingbot.com in violation or breach of the Terms of Use.
